Synopsis

Set in Libreville, Gabon`s capital, the film centres on 14 year-old Mougler who needs to buy medicine for his sick mother. With friends, he tries a number of petty thefts, unsuccessfully, finally pinning his hopes on the Dole kiosk new lottery which promises billionaire winnings.
