Abstract

DEM DEM tells the story of a Senegalese fisherman called Matar, who is confronted with questions surrounding his identity and future when he finds a Belgian passport on a beach in Dakar. He bumps into a number of quirky people on his journey, such as the man who wants to measure the sky.
